On the occasion of the 68th International Pilgrimage to Lourdes of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, scheduled from 1 to 5 May 2026, the Poste Magistrali counter located inside the Magistral Palace in Rome, with public entrance from Via delle Carrozze 79, will use on 1 May 2026 the special postmark created for the event.

The postmark, created by Giancarlo Federico, reproduces the images of the statue of the Blessed Virgin framed by the Rosary wreath.

Since the Poste Magistrali counter will be closed to the public on that day, the use of the postmark will also be permitted on Monday 4 May 2026.

During the Pilgrimage, a special numbered commemorative postcard — created specifically for the event and stamped with the special postmark — will also be available for purchase at the on-site booth dedicated to Poste Magistrali.
