Sergio Mattarella, on 23 November at the Quirinale Palace, depicts a moment of the meeting. Completing the stamp are the legends “VISITE E VIAGGI del GRAN MAESTRO 2023” and “PRESIDENTE DELLA REPUBBLICA ITALIANA 23 NOVEMBRE”, the inscriptions “SOVRANO MILITARE ORDINE DI MALTA” and “POSTE MAGISTRALI”, the emblem of the Order’s activities and the face value “€ 1.25”. The € 1.30 stamp, dedicated to the official visit of the Grand Master to the President of the Republic of Malta, H.E. George William Vella, depicts H.M.E.H. Fra’ John T. Dunlap and the President of the Republic of Malta, in a moment of the meeting, which took place on 17 June 2023 at San Anton Palace in Malta. Completing the stamp are the legends “VISITE E VIAGGI del GRAN MAESTRO 2023” and “PRESIDENTE DELLA REPUBBLICA DI MALTA 17 GIUGNO”, the inscriptions “SOVRANO MILITARE ORDINE DI MALTA” and “POSTE MAGISTRALI”, the emblem of the Order’s activities and the face value “€ 1.30”. The € 2.45 stamp, dedicated to the official visit of the President of the Republic of Paraguay, H.E. Santiago Peña Palacios to H.M.E.H. Fra’ John T. Dunlap, which took place on 27 November 2023 at the Magistral Palace in Rome, depicts a moment of the meeting.
