The collaboration between the Sovereign Military Order of Malta’s Poste Magistrali and the Associazione Filatelica Numismatica Scaligera continues. For over ninety years, the association has brought together collectors and philately enthusiasts in Verona, becoming a key reference for philatelists and professionals both in Italy and abroad.
Starting from tomorrow, Thursday 21, to Saturday 23 November, Poste Magistrali will be present at the 139th Veronafil, at a dedicated stand that will be active at the Hall 6 of the Verona Exhibition Centre. Opening hours to the public are as follows: from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday 21 November, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday 22 November and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday 23 November.
At the Poste Magistrali stand it will be possible to purchase all the postal issues from 2022 to 2024, as well as the new issue of 11 November 2024, to take out subscriptions and to request information about the Order of Malta’s stamps and coins.
A special postmark, depicting an image of the Basilica of San Zeno, one of Verona’s most important churches, will be available for postage and philatelic stamps. It will also be possible to purchase the numbered souvenir card made especially for the 139th Veronafil and stamped with the postmark dedicated to the event.
