Collaboration continues between the Sovereign Military Order of Malta’s Poste Magistrali and the Associazione Filatelica Numismatica Scaligera (Scaligera Philatelic and Numismatic Association), active for over ninety years in bringing collectors and philately enthusiasts to Verona, establishing itself as an important reference point for philatelists and professionals at national and international level.
From Thursday 22 to Saturday 24 May, Poste Magistrali will be present at the 140th edition of Veronafil, at the dedicated stand that will be active in Hall 6 of the Verona Exhibition Centre. Opening hours to the public are as follows: from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday 22 May, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday 23 May and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday 24 May.
At the Poste Magistrali stand it will be possible to purchase all postal issues from 2022, including the new issues of 14 April 2025, to take out subscriptions and to ask for information about the Order of Malta’s stamps and coins.
A special postmark, depicting an image of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes, located in the north-west of the city of Verona, will be available for postage and philatelic stamps. As usual, it will also be possible to purchase the numbered souvenir card made especially for the 140th Veronafil and stamped with the postmark dedicated to the event.
