The stamp is completed by the legend “Joint issue with Romania”, the words “SOVRANO MILITARE ORDINE DI MALTA ” and “POSTE MAGISTRALI”, the coat of arms of the Order’s activities and the face value € 1.25; the second stamp depicts volunteers of the Serviciul de Ajutor Maltez în România assisting Ukrainian refugees at the Romanian border in 2022. The stamp is completed by the legend “Joint issue with Romania”, the words “SOVRANO MILITARE ORDINE DI MALTA” and “POSTE MAGISTRALI”, the coat of arms of the Order’s activities and the face value € 3.50.
