Poste Magistrali presents the new issue of 26 October, according to the 2023 stamp programme, on the Order of Malta’s activities in Panama, on the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Sovereign Military Order of Malta and the Republic of Panama (joint issue with the Republic of Panama).

It is a sheet, composed of three stamps of equal size, which depicts an original work by the Panamanian master Aristides Ureña symbolising the relations between the Sovereign Military Order of Malta and the Republic of Panama, whose flags (that of the Order of Malta activities) are placed at the ends of an ideal boat on which the Panamanian people are seated. The work is intended to emphasise aspects of faith and hope at the basis of the Order of Malta’s work in all the countries where it operates, and particularly rooted in the population of Panama.
