For the second consecutive year, a stand of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta’s Poste Magistrali will be present in Vasto, in the province of Chieti, at the “VastoPhil 2023” National Philatelic Exhibition, scheduled in the Abruzzo city from Friday 15th September to Sunday 17th September 2023.

The appointment is at the 16th-century Palazzo d’Avalos, in the central Piazza Lucio Valerio Pudente, with public entrance from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday 15th, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 to 8 p.m. on Saturday 16th and, finally, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 17th.

At the Poste Magistrali’s stand it will be possible to buy the Sovereign Military Order of Malta’s latest postal issues, including the joint issue with the Vatican City and Italy dedicated to the Italian Air Force and the joint issue with the Vatican City dedicated to the Cathedral of Spoleto, as well as to subscribe and renew subscriptions to the Order’s stamps. The 2022 Year Pack, the practical and elegant binder containing all the postal series issued last year, will also be available for purchase.

For the occasion, a special postmark dedicated to the event will be used, depicting the logo of the Polyphonic Choir “Histonium” of Vasto, whose 50th anniversary of foundation falls this year.
